Analysis of the Practical Effectiveness of PDCA Cycle and Digital Manage-ment Integration Strategies in Hospital Pharmacy Operations
Objective To investigate the practical effect of PDCA cycle and digital management integration strategy in hospital pharmacy operation and its impact.Methods Twelve staff members working in the pharmacy of Lanling County People's Hospital from January to December 2022 received traditional management strategies as the conven-tional group.The same staff members received the integrated management strategy of PDCA cycle and digital manage-ment from January to December 2023 as the analysis group.The two groups were compared in terms of daily work as-sessment scores,management quality scores,and adverse events.Results The daily work assessment scores of the ana-lyzed group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management quality scores of the analyzed group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).A total of 6 cases of adverse events occurred in the analysis group,which was less than the 16 cases in the conventional group.Conclusion The integration strategy of PDCA cycle and digital management can improve the work level and management quality of pharmacy staff,and can effec-tively reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
