Application Value Analysis of Performance Appraisal Method in Nursing Management of Neurosurgery
Objective To explore the application value of performance appraisal in nursing management of neurosur-gery.Methods Twenty nursing staff working in the Neurosurgery Department of Hubei Aerospace Hospital were in-cluded as the research subjects.From January 2022 to December 2023,the performance evaluation method will be ad-opted as the observation group.From January 2020 to December 2021,routine management was adopted as the control group.The satisfaction,nursing management quality score and nursing complaints between the two groups were com-pared.Results The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing management quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The observation group had 1 nurs-ing complaint,while the control group had 7 complaints.Conclusion The effect of performance appraisal for neurosur-gery nurses is exact,which can better improve the nursing management quality of nurses,reduce nursing complaints and improve nurses'job satisfaction.
