Analysis of the Implementation Effect of Optimizing Job Setting in Hospi-tal Nursing Human Resource Management
Objective To explore the application effect of optimizing job settings in hospital nursing human resource management.Methods 136 nursing staff who worked at Shanghe County People's Hospital from October 2022 to Octo-ber 2023 were selected.All research subjects were divided into a reference group and an observation group using ran-dom number table method,with 68 participants in each group.Both groups underwent routine nursing human resource position setting management,while the observation group optimized position setting management based on this.Com-pare and analyze the professional competence,assessment results,and job competency of the two groups.Results The scores of professional competence of the observation group were higher compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The theoretical score and practical score were 98.93±0.32 and 99.02±0.24 of the observation group,higher than 95.57±1.40 and 95.41±1.33 of the reference group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=19.293,21.660,both P<0.05).After comparison,the competency scores of the observation groups were higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing job settings in hospital nursing resource management is beneficial for nursing staff management,strength-ening their professional skills,and has high application value,which can be used for reference.
