Human resource is the core factor of hospital development,and talent is the first competitive power of hos-pital development.By analyzing the application of personnel file management in human resource development such as recruitment and selection,training and development,performance management and evaluation,this paper reveals its value in hospital human resource development,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for hos-pital human resource management and promote the improvement of hospital human resource management level.
