Analysis of the Effect of Nurse Layered Management in Emergency De-partment Nursing Management
Objective To analyze the value of nurses'hierarchical management in emergency department nursing management.Methods The management data of 20 nurses in the emergency department of the Third People's Hospi-tal of Yongzhou were retrospectively selected,and they were administered by normal nurses from May to October 2023,and stratified nurses from November 2023 to March 2024.They were divided into normal group and stratified group,respectively,and the management quality,skills,adverse events and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The management quality and assessment scores of stratified group were higher than those of normal group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were 5 adverse incidents in the stratified group,including 2 nursing errors,2 nursing disputes and 1 complaint.There were 26 adverse incidents in the normal group,including 10 nursing errors,9 nursing disputes and 7 complaints.The satisfaction rate of stratified group was 100.00%(20/20),higher than 80.00%(16/20)of normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical management of nurses can ensure the improvement of management quality,enhance the skills of nurses at all levels in the emergency department,reduce intra-department disputes,and improve the satis-faction rate of nurses.
