摘要

目的 分析并探讨持续质量改进措施如何有效推动妇幼保健院医疗服务管理质量的提升及其实际效果.方法 选取2021年1月—2023年2月威海市妇幼保健院86名医疗人员作为研究对象,2021年1月—2022年1月为持续质量改进前(采取常规医疗服务管理方案),2022年2月—2023年2月为持续质量改进后,对比持续质量改进前后,医疗人员的医疗服务工作质量、不良事件的发生情况以及医疗人员对管理模式的满意度.结果 实施持续质量改进措施后,医疗人员医疗服务工作质量考核评价为(91.23±7.15)分,高于实施前的(83.96±8.37)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.124,P<0.05).医疗人员对管理模式的满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实施持续质量改进前,共发生不良事件17例,其中包括发生医疗差错3例,护理不良事件5例,感染事件6例,医疗设备故障3例;实施持续质量改进后,医疗人员共发生不良事件6例,其中医疗差错1例,护理不良事件2例,感染事件2例,医疗设备故障1例.结论 妇幼保健院实施持续质量改进措施能够有效提高医疗人员医疗服务工作质量,降低不良事件的发生风险,进一步提升了医疗人员对管理模式的满意度,确保了医疗服务管理质量的提高.

Abstract

Objective To analyze and explore how continuous quality improvement measures can effectively promote the improvement of the quality of medical service management in the Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital and its actual effects.Methods 86 medical personnel in Weihai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.From January 2021 to January 2022,it was before continuous quality improvement(the routine medical service management were adopted),and from February 2022 to February 2023,it was after continuous quality improvement.The quality of medical services,the occurrence of adverse events and the satisfaction of medical personnel with the management model were compared before and after continuous qual-ity improvement.Results After the implementation of continuous quality improvement measures,the quality assess-ment score of medical personnel's medical service work was 91.23±7.15,which was better than 83.96±8.37 before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.124,P<0.05).The medical staff's satisfaction with the management mode was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Before the implementation of continuous quality improvement,there were 17 cases of adverse events,including 3 cases of medical errors,5 cases of nursing adverse events,6 cases of infection events and 3 cases of medi-cal equipment failure.After the implementation of continuous quality improvement,there were 6 cases of adverse events,including 1 case of medical error,2 cases of nursing adverse events,2 cases of infection events and 1 case of medical equipment failure.Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality improvement measures in maternal and child health hospitals can effectively improve the quality of medical services for medical personnel,reduce the risk of adverse events,further improve the satisfaction of medical personnel with the management model,and ensure the improvement of the quality of medical service management.
