摘要
为建立科学、规范的重大传染病核酸检测实验室质量管理体系,本文从组织管理、体系文件、实验室布局、环境、人员、仪器设备、检测操作过程以及生物安全防护等9个方面,系统分析总结了核酸检测实验室质量管理要点和关键控制要素,分享交流了行之有效的控制手段和科学的质控措施,以期为疾病预防控制或医疗机构核酸检测实验室的初建和管理体系有效运行提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
In order to establish a scientific and standardized major infectious disease nucleic acid testing laboratory quality management system,this paper summarizes the key points and key control elements of quality management of nucleic acid testing laboratory from organizational management,system documents,laboratory layout,environment,personnel,equipment,testing operation process and biological safety protection,and shares effective quality control methods and scientific quality control measures,in order to provide reference for the disease prevention and control and effective operation of nucleic acid testing laboratory in medical institutions.
