Analysis of the Application Value of Quality Management Monitoring Indi-cators in Quality Management of Disinfection Supply Centers
Objective To analyze the value of using quality management monitoring indicators to implement quality management efforts in sterilized supply centers.Methods Eight staff members from the disinfection supply center of Boshan District People's Hospital of Zibo City from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research ob-jects.From February to August 2022,the quality management work was carried out in the conventional mode as the control group.From September 2022 to February 2023,quality management monitoring indicators were adopted to carry out quality management,which was the observation group.A total of 1 000 medical instruments in the disinfec-tion supply center were selected as the objects to be managed.The qualified rates of disinfection,sterilization,packag-ing and cleaning of the two groups of medical instruments were counted,and the quality management ability of the two groups of staff was evaluated.Results The qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization,packaging and cleaning of medical instruments in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The staff work ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was 99.00%(99/100),which was higher than 90.00%(90/100)of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=7.792,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of quality management monitoring indica-tors in the quality management of disinfection supply centers can effectively improve the qualification rate of disinfec-tion,sterilization,cleaning,and packaging of medical devices,strengthen the quality management ability of staff.
