Analysis of the Impact of Node Management Work Plan on the Manage-ment Quality of Medical Staff in Physical Examination Centers
Objective To explore and analyze the impact of node management work plans on the management quality of medical staff in physical examination centers.Methods Forty health care workers from the physical examination center of the First People's Hospital of Yinchuan City,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,were selected as the study subjects.Traditional management was given from September 2022 to May 2023 as the control group.Nodal manage-ment work plan was adopted from June 2023 to February 2024 as the study group.Management adherence score,oc-currence of occupational injuries,and occupational quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Re-sults The management adherence score and occupational quality of life score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).One infection event occurred in the study group,and two biological injuries,one sharp instrument injury,one drug injury,and two infection events occurred in the control group,and the number of occupational injury events in the study group was less than that in the control group.Conclusion The application of node management work plan in physical examination center can im-prove management compliance,reduce the occurrence of occupational injuries,and improve the quality of medical staff work life.
