Effect of Performance Appraisal Scheme in Emergency Nursing Manage-ment on Improving Nursing Quality and Training Effect of Nursing Staff
Objective To explore the effect of performance appraisal scheme on improving nursing quality and nursing staff training in emergency department nursing management,and to clarify its clinical application value.Methods 22 emergency department nurses of Qianjiang Central Hospital were selected.From January to December 2021,the rou-tine nursing management program was given as the control group.From January to December 2022,the performance appraisal plan will be added as the observation group.Compared the quality of nursing care and appraisal scores be-tween the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of basic nursing,first aid items,graded nursing,nursing documents and ward management in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills were 96.19±2.13 and 94.52±2.78,higher than 91.83±3.44 and 80.47±3.20 in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.054,14.546,both P<0.05).Conclusion Adding a performance evaluation plan to emergency nursing management can optimize nursing quality.
