Analysis of the Effect of Hierarchical Nursing Management Mode on Im-proving the Comprehensive Quality and Work Quality of Pediatric Nurses
Objective To analyze the effect of the hierarchical nursing management model on the comprehensive qual-ity and work quality of pediatric nurses.Methods Twenty pediatric nurses from the Third Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were set as the ref-erence group from January to June 2023 to implement routine nurse management;From July to December 2023,the study group was set up to implement hierarchical nursing management,and the comprehensive quality and work qual-ity score satisfaction of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The scores of comprehensive quality and work quality of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 75.00%(15/20)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.714,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical nursing management mode in pediatric nurses management is helpful to improve nurses'comprehensive quality and work quality level,and enhance nurses'job satisfaction.
