Objective To explore the application effect of group leader responsibility hierarchical management mode during the implementation of emergency nursing management.Methods A total of forty nurses in the emergency de-partment of Shouguang People's Hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects and di-vided into two groups according to different management modes,with twenty in each group.The reference group adopts the conventional management mode,and the research group adopts the hierarchical management mode of group leader responsibility system.The results of emergency nursing management were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.00%(19/20),which was higher than 70.00%(14/20)of the ref-erence group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.329,P<0.05).The score of condition mastery,nursing staff assessment and nursing basic technical ability of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion During the implementation of emergency nursing management in hospitals,the effective application of group leader responsibility system layered management mode can significantly improve the level of emergency nursing management.
