Strengthening the Role of Weak Link Management in Improving the Qual-ity of Nursing Management in Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilita-tion Department
With the continuous development and increasing application scope of traditional Chinese medicine reha-bilitation science,improving the quality of nursing management plays an important role in ensuring the effectiveness of patient rehabilitation.However,the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation department is relatively new in the modern medical system,and there are many weak links in its nursing management in personnel training and process norms,which directly affect the quality and efficiency of nursing services,and the urgency of solving these problems is self-evident.Based on this,this paper aims to deeply explore the role of strengthening weak link management in im-proving the quality of nursing management in traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation department,and provide a set of effective solutions for optimizing the quality of nursing management in traditional Chinese medicine rehabilita-tion department by constructing a scientific management implementation plan,supervision and evaluation and feed-back mechanism.
