Analysis of the Effect of the Application of the Refined Medical Examina-tion Management Model on Medical Examiners
Objective Analysis on the application effect of refined physical examination management mode in the staff of physical examination department.Methods Eighteen staff members of the Physical examination Department of Ji-nan Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The tradi-tional physical examination management mode was used from January to December 2022,and the refined physical ex-amination management mode was used from January to December 2023.The work efficiency score,management effect score and accuracy of physical examination report were compared under different management modes.Results In the refined physical examination management mode,the work efficiency score of staff was 35.58±3.21,higher than 33.72±3.29 of the traditional physical examination management mode,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.559,P<0.05).In the refined physical examination management mode,the staff management effect score was better than the traditional physical examination mode,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In the re-fined physical examination management mode,the accuracy of physical examination report was higher than that in the traditional physical examination mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The appli-cation of the refined medical examination management mode in the medical examination population can not only im-prove the quality of medical examination and management efficiency,but also effectively promote the understanding of medical examination knowledge of medical examination personnel and improve the accuracy of their work.
