"双层-多维"体系在儿科护理绩效管理中的应用价值

目的 研究"双层-多维"体系在儿科护理绩效管理中的应用价值.方法 选取2020年1月—2022年1月湖北科技学院附属浠水医院儿科的20名护理人员作为研究对象,2020年1月—2021年1月应用常规绩效管理,2021年2月—2022年1月采用"双层-多维"体系进行护理绩效管理.对比护理绩效管理前后护理工作质量、考核成绩及管理满意度.结果 相较于管理前,管理后护理人员工作质量和考核成绩均较高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).管理后护理人员的管理满意度为95.00%(19/20),高于管理前75.00%(15/20),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.537,P<0.05).结论 "双层-多维"体系应用于儿科护理绩效管理中,有助于提高护理工作质量,获得较高的管理满意度.
Application Value of"Double-layer-multi-dimensional"System in Pediat-ric Nursing Performance Management
Objective To study the application value of"double-multi-dimension"system in pediatric nursing perfor-mance management.Methods A total of twenty nursing staff in the pediatric department of Xishui Hospital affiliated to Hubei Institute of Technology from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.The nurs-ing performance management was carried out by routine performance management from January 2020 to January 2021,and the"Double-layer-multi-dimensional"system was adopted from February 2021 to January 2022.The quality of nursing work,assessment results and management satisfaction before and after nursing performance management were compared.Results Compared with before management,the work quality and test scores of nursing staff after manage-ment were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of nurs-ing staff after management was 95.00%(19/20),higher than 75.00%(15/20)before management,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.537,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of"Double-layer-multi-dimensional"system in pediatric nursing performance management is helpful to improve the quality of nursing work and obtain higher management satisfaction.
