The Nursing Management Mode of Professional Group Quality Control Mode is Applied to the Value Analysis of Blood Purification Center
Objective To analyze the value of applying the nursing management mode of the professional team quality control mode in the blood purification center(BPC).Methods Thirty nurses from BPC of Tengzhou Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine in Shandong Province were selected as the study subjects from January to December 2023.Routine nursing management was implemented from January to June 2023(control group),and professional group quality control mode was implemented from July to December 2023(observation group).The work quality,staff com-prehensive ability and management satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results The working quality of the observation group were better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of theory,skill and management ability of the observation group were 95.34±1.36,94.36±1.47 and 92.46±2.16,which were higher than 91.44±1.61,90.63±2.11 and 87.63±2.58 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=10.136,7.945,7.862,all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con-clusion The application of professional group quality control mode to BPC nursing management can improve nurses'work quality,comprehensive ability and management satisfaction.
