柔性管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用方法及应用效果分析

目的 探究柔性管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月山东中医药大学第二附属医院妇产科的13名护理人员为研究对象,按照具体管理模式分为两组.其中,2022年1-12月采用常规护理管理方式为对照组,2023年1-12月实施柔性管理策略为观察组.两组护理人员为同一批.对两组护理人员护理工作质量、护理综合工作能力及护理人员满意度.结果 观察组护理人员工作质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组护理综合工作能力如专业技能(93.13±2.29)分、沟通能力(94.16±1.19)分、卫生与感染控制(95.49±1.05)分、应急处理及决策能力(94.29±1.42)分高于对照组(90.24±1.09)分、(90.68±1.88)分、(90.40±3.29)分、(90.73±2.89)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.962、2.273、4.091、2.867,P均<0.05);观察组护理人员满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 实施柔性管理模式于妇产科护理人员,有助于优化其工作质量,增强综合护理能力,并提升工作满意度.
Application Method and Application Effect Analysis of Flexible Manage-ment in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Management
Objective To explore the application effect of flexible management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,thirteen nursing staff in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were se-lected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the specific management mode.Among them,the routine nursing management method was used as the control group from January to December 2022,and the flexible management strategy was implemented as the observation group from January to December 2023.The two groups of nursing staff were the same.The quality of nursing work,comprehensive nursing ability and satisfaction of nursing staff were compared between the two groups.Results The work quality score of nursing staff in the observa-tion group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The comprehensive nursing work ability score such as professional skills was 93.13±2.29,communication ability 94.16±1.19,health and infection control 95.49±1.05,emergency treatment and decision-making ability 94.29±1.42 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 90.24±1.09,90.68±1.88,90.40±3.29,90.73±2.89,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.962,2.273,4.091,2.867,all P<0.05);the satisfaction score of nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of flexible management mode in obstetrics and gynecology nursing staff,help to optimize the quality of their work,enhance the comprehensive nursing ability,and improve job satisfaction.
