The Application and Effect Evaluation of Clinical Teaching Mode of Psy-chiatric Standardized Training in Job Transfer Training
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical teaching mode of psychiatric standardized training in job transfer training.Methods From January 2020 to December 2022,fourty-two clinical transfer doctors from Ji-angmen Third People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different teaching modes,they were divided into control group and study group,with twenty-one cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the study group adopted the standardized training clinical teaching mode.Through as-sessment and questionnaire survey,the ability changes of the two groups of transferred doctors in psychiatric profes-sional knowledge and treatment plan formulation ability were evaluated,and the transferred doctors satisfaction with the teaching mode was investigated.Results The professional knowledge of symptom recognition,disease classifica-tion and differential diagnosis of the transferred doctors in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The ability of doctors in the study group to make treatment plans in terms of drug treatment,psychotherapy and social support was significantly improved com-pared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the transferred doctors in the study group was 100.00%(21/21),which was significantly higher than that in the con-trol group 71.43%(15/21),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.861,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical teaching mode of psychiatric standardized training can effectively improve the professional ability and communication skills of the transferred doctors,which is of positive significance for the cultivation of high-quality psychiatric medical talents,and the doctors have high satisfaction with the teaching mode.
