The Application of Phased Target Teaching Under PDCA Cycle in the Standardized Training of Residents in Anesthesiology Department
Objective To explore the application of phased target teaching under PDCA cycle in the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department and evaluate its effect.Methods From December 2022 to January 2024,60 short-cycle rotating trainees who underwent standardized training for residents in the Department of Anesthe-siology,Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University were divided into control group and observation group by digital ran-dom table method,30 in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group introduced the phased target teaching method under the PDCA cycle on the basis of the control group.The theory and skill assessment were carried out at the time of leaving the department,and both sides of the teaching were required to complete the satisfaction score.Results The scores of theory and skill assessment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the students in the observation group was 100.00%(30/30)higher than that in the control group 80.00%(24/30),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.629,P<0.05).Conclusion The phased target teaching under PDCA cycle can effectively improve the quality of standardized training for residents in anesthe-siology department and improve teaching satisfaction.
