PDCA循环下阶段性目标教学在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

目的 探索PDCA循环下阶段性目标教学在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中的应用并对其效果进行评价.方法 将2022年12月—2024年1月青海大学附属医院麻醉科行住院医师规范化培训的60名短周期轮转学员采用数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30名.对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组则在对照组基础上引入PDCA循环下阶段性目标教学的方法,出科时进行理论与技能考核,同时要求教学双方完成满意度评分.结果 观察组出科理论与技能考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组学员对于教学的满意度为100.00%(30/30)高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.629,P<0.05).结论 PDCA循环下阶段性目标教学能有效提升麻醉科住院医师规范化培训质量,提高教学满意度.
The Application of Phased Target Teaching Under PDCA Cycle in the Standardized Training of Residents in Anesthesiology Department
Objective To explore the application of phased target teaching under PDCA cycle in the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department and evaluate its effect.Methods From December 2022 to January 2024,60 short-cycle rotating trainees who underwent standardized training for residents in the Department of Anesthe-siology,Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University were divided into control group and observation group by digital ran-dom table method,30 in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group introduced the phased target teaching method under the PDCA cycle on the basis of the control group.The theory and skill assessment were carried out at the time of leaving the department,and both sides of the teaching were required to complete the satisfaction score.Results The scores of theory and skill assessment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the students in the observation group was 100.00%(30/30)higher than that in the control group 80.00%(24/30),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.629,P<0.05).Conclusion The phased target teaching under PDCA cycle can effectively improve the quality of standardized training for residents in anesthe-siology department and improve teaching satisfaction.
