Effect Analysis of TBL and CBL Integrated Teaching Method Applied in Clinical Skills Training of General Practitioners
Objective To analyze the effect of team-based learning(TBL)and case-based learning(CBL)integrated teaching method in clinical skills training of general practitioners. Methods From December 2022 to December 2023,fifty general practitioners in Bincheng District Sanhehu Township Hospital of Binzhou City were selected as the re-search objects.According to different clinical skills training methods, they were divided into control group(using TBL traditional teaching method alone)and observation group(using CBL and TBL integrated teaching method),twenty-five cases in each group. The scores of comprehensive ability assessment(theoretical knowledge and practical skills),students'satisfaction with teaching methods and teaching effect evaluation were compared between the two groups. Results The theoretical knowledge score of the observation group was 79.83±12.33,and the practical skill score was 86.79±14.58,which were better than 72.31±11.28 and 77.66±13.43 of the control group, the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=2.250,3.303,both P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with the teaching method was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each di-mension of teaching evaluation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical skills training of general practitioners, the integrated teaching method of TBL and CBL is helpful to improve the comprehensive ability and practical skills of gen-eral practitioners, and has high application value.
