全科医生临床技能培训中应用TBL、CBL整合教学法的效果分析

目的 分析全科医生临床技能培训中应用小组合作学习(team-based learning,TBL)、以案例为基础的学习(case-based learning,CBL)整合教学法的效果.方法 选取2022年12月—2023年12月滨州市滨城区三河湖镇卫生院50名全科医生作为研究对象,依照不同的临床技能培训方法,将其分为对照组(单独采用TBL传统教学方法)和观察组(应用CBL与TBL整合教学法),各25名.比较两组综合能力考核成绩(理论知识、实践技能)、学员对教学方法的满意度及教学效果评价.结果 观察组理论知识成绩为(79.83±12.33)分,实践技能成绩为(86.79±14.58)分,优于对照组的(72.31±11.28)分和(77.66±13.43)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.250、3.303,P均<0.05).观察组对教学方法的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组教学评价各维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在全科医生临床技能培训工作中,采用TBL与CBL整合教学法,有利于提高全科医生的综合能力和实践技能,有较高应用价值.
Effect Analysis of TBL and CBL Integrated Teaching Method Applied in Clinical Skills Training of General Practitioners
Objective To analyze the effect of team-based learning(TBL)and case-based learning(CBL)integrated teaching method in clinical skills training of general practitioners.Methods From December 2022 to December 2023,fifty general practitioners in Bincheng District Sanhehu Township Hospital of Binzhou City were selected as the re-search objects.According to different clinical skills training methods,they were divided into control group(using TBL traditional teaching method alone)and observation group(using CBL and TBL integrated teaching method),twenty-five cases in each group.The scores of comprehensive ability assessment(theoretical knowledge and practical skills),students'satisfaction with teaching methods and teaching effect evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge score of the observation group was 79.83±12.33,and the practical skill score was 86.79±14.58,which were better than 72.31±11.28 and 77.66±13.43 of the control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=2.250,3.303,both P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with the teaching method was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each di-mension of teaching evaluation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical skills training of general practitioners,the integrated teaching method of TBL and CBL is helpful to improve the comprehensive ability and practical skills of gen-eral practitioners,and has high application value.
