Application Effect of Target Management Teaching Method in Pharmaceu-tical Interns
Objective To explore the application effect of target management teaching method in pharmaceutical in-terns.Methods From January 2022 to October 2023,sixty interns majoring in pharmacy in Hengyang Central Hospi-tal were selected as the research objects.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into control group and research group,with thirty interns in each group.The comparison group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the research organization adopted the target management teaching method.The assessment results and critical thinking ability scores of the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the theoretical examination score of pharmacy specialty in the study group was 95.12±4.65,and the operation examination score of pharmacy specialty was 95.24±4.68,which were higher than 90.23±5.17 and 90.41±5.35 in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.815,3.721,both P<0.05).The scores of critical thinking ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of target management teaching method in the teaching of pharmaceutical interns can expand the cognition of pharma-ceutical interns and cultivate their critical thinking ability,which has high application value.
