Application of Flip Classroom Combined with PBL Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of tumor Radiotherapy
Objective To explore the value of flipped classroom combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in clini-cal teaching of oncology radiation therapy.Methods Forty oncology radiotherapeutics interns in Yunyang People's Hospital were selected from January 2021 to December 2022,and were divided into two groups according to the differ-ent modes of teaching,with twenty in each group,the observation group adopting the flipped classroom combined with the PBL teaching method,and the control group adopting the conventional method of teaching.The two groups were compared in terms of satisfaction with the teaching work,mastery of theoretical knowledge,assessment scores and comprehensive ability scores in the clinical internship of oncology radiotherapy.Results The satisfaction score of the interns in the observation group for the teaching work was 94.56±3.74,higher than 80.43±2.12 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.699,P<0.001).The theoretical knowledge mastery,skill assess-ment score,and comprehensive ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of flipped classroom com-bined with PBL teaching method for tumor radiotherapy interns has a definite teaching effect.
