Miller Pyramid Teaching Combined with Pbl Teaching in the Use Effect of Emergency Intern Teaching
Objective To analyze the effect of using Miller's pyramid teaching in the teaching of emergency intern doctors.Methods Sixty intern doctors in Emergency Department of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from March 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups through random digital tables,with thirty each.The teaching mode is carried out in the control group,while the research group combineed the Miller pyramid teaching combined with the PBL teaching mode.Observe and compare the teaching effects of the two groups.Results The test score of the study group was 93.23±2.34,significantly higher than 85.26±4.78 of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.202,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the test scores of strain ability,physical examination,clinical diagnosis and rescue,disease assessment,history collection and diagnosis of the study group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of teamwork consciousness,problem-solving ability,learning initiative,teaching method and teaching content of the study group were significantly higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of emergency intern doctors,the use of Miller pyramid teaching combined with PBL teaching model can not only allow students to better understand and master basic theoretical knowledge and improve their operational level,but also have high satisfaction of intern doctors.
