Study on the Application Value of CBL Combined with Llip Classroom Teaching Mode in Clinical Practice of Prosthodontics
Objective To study the value of case-based learning(CBL)combined with flipped classroom teaching in oral prosthodontics teaching.Methods Fifty four interns in stomatology Department of Xishui Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Science and Technology from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with twenty seven cases in each group by random dice method.The observation group ad-opted CBL combined with flipped classroom teaching,and the control group adopted general teaching method.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The overall teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 96.30%(26/27),higher than 85.19%(23/27)of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=1.984,P>0.05).The test scores and comprehensive quality of the observation group were better than those of the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with flipped class-room teaching can improve teaching satisfaction,evaluation results and comprehensive quality of interns.
