Objective To explore the application effect of group doctor-patient communication mode in pediatric clini-cal teaching.Methods A total of thirty-six interns in the pediatric department of Xishui Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Science and Technology from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and di-vided into two groups with eighteen patients in each group through odd and even group by computer system.The com-parison group taught in accordance with the normal pediatric program,while the research group taught in a group doctor-patient communication mode,and observed the assessment results and satisfaction of the two groups of interns after teaching.Results After the teaching intervention,the scores of communication ability,cooperation ability,dis-pute handling ability and empathy ability of interns in the research group were significantly higher than those in the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of interns in the study group was higher than that in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recognition rate of teaching in the study group was 100%(18/18),which was higher than 72.22%(13/18)in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For pediatric interns to choose basic outline knowledge teaching at the same time to carry out collective doctor-patient communication mode,can im-prove the overall quality of the interns and doctor-patient dispute handling ability,personal satisfaction and recogni-tion are higher.
