To Compare the Application Value of High Simulation Severe Trauma Treatment Exercise and Traditional Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of Emergency Trauma
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional teaching methods and high simulation severe trauma treatment exercises in the clinical teaching of emergency trauma.Methods Sixty emergency trauma clinical teaching interns from the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from March 2023 to November 2023 were se-lected as the study objects for teaching research.And were divided into two groups according to differenmt teaching mode;the reference group(thirty cases)used traditional teaching;study group(thirty cases)used high simulation se-vere trauma treatment exercise.The assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Re-sults The first aid skill operation score was 80.25±13.26,clinical theoretical knowledge score was 80.14±13.14,com-munication and cooperation ability score was 80.22±13.44,comprehensive judgment and processing ability score was 80.45±14.28 in the study group were higher than those in the reference group 70.14±12.25,81.66±14.22,71.77±12.25,71.66±14.12,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.067,18.954,2.545,2.397,all P<0.05).The Teaching satisfaction scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of emergency trauma,the effective applica-tion of high simulation severe trauma treatment exercise method has obvious effect.
