Objective To investigate and analyze the vaccination status of 0~6 years old children under National im-munization Program in Laiyang City in 2022.Methods Stratified sampling method was used to investigate the Na-tional immunization program vaccination status of 630 children aged 0~6 years from 5 subdistricts and 13 towns in Laiyang City in 2022.Results In 630 children aged 0~6 years in Laiyang City,the coverage rates of hepatitis B vac-cine,polio vaccine and DPT vaccine were all higher than 90.00%.The coverage rates of BCG vaccine,leprosy vac-cine,MMR vaccine and DTP vaccine were 99.05%,96.03%,97.30%and 97.62%,all of which were>95.00%,and the coverage rates of BCG vaccine were the highest,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the ex-panded immunization of 630 children aged 0~6 years in Laiyang City,the coverage rates of the first dose of group A,group A+C and live attenuated JE vaccine were 97.14%,97.50%and 97.14%,respectively,all>95.00%.Follow-up vaccination rate was>95.00%.The coverage rate of live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine was 95.83%.Conclusion In Laiyang City,children aged 0~6 years in 2022 under the National immunization program have a good vaccination sta-tus,with the vaccination rate>90.00%,hepatitis B vaccine,polio vaccine,DTP vaccine and other vaccines need to be vaccinated multiple times,the first vaccination rate is>95.00%,and the follow-up vaccination rate is still>95.00%,indicating a high vaccination rate.However,in order to further improve the vaccination rate,it is recommended to strengthen relevant education.To improve the quality of healthy growth and development of children in the region.
