In the context of the new era of high-quality development,the scientific research management level of ter-tiary public hospitals,as one of the key indicators to measure the core competitiveness of hospitals,has attracted much attention for its optimization and innovation.This review takes this as a starting point and focuses on the scientific re-search management model of such medical institutions.By systematically carrying out a SWOT analysis of the current situation of scientific and technological innovation in existing hospitals,comprehensively revealing the advantages,dis-advantages,opportunities and threats,and combining with the detailed combing of practical experience,this paper aims to deeply discuss the innovative construction path of scientific research management system and its far-reaching impact and important value on the improvement of hospital scientific research capabilities.
