The construction and development of multi-hospital districts in public hospitals has played an important role in effectively enhancing the medical treatment capacity for emergencies,optimizing the allocation of medical re-sources,and promoting the expansion and sinking of high-quality medical resources.This study analyzes the problems and difficulties in the management of multi-hospital districts in order to provide reference for optimizing the manage-ment of multi-hospital districts in public hospitals and promoting the high-quality.
