Reflections on the Standardized Training and Education of Residents in the Field of Rehabilitation Medicine
This paper introduces the problems and reasons encountered by non-rehabilitation medical residents in the rotation process of rehabilitation department,including the lack of purpose and initiative of standardized training doctors in the rotation of rehabilitation department,the lack of guidance and standardization of teachers,and the lack of training system and evaluation of non-professional doctors in rehabilitation department.Based on the analysis of the problems,this paper puts forward a series of corresponding solutions,including formulating the learning objectives and plans of the standardized training doctors,strengthening the teaching of non-specialized rotation doctors in the re-habilitation department,standardizing the admission education,and strictly passing the examination.Through these discussions and suggestions,it is expected to provide some guidance and reference for the improvement of teaching quality of non-rehabilitation medical residents during the rotation of rehabilitation department.
