CBL联合微信学习平台的教学模式在神经内科临床带教中的应用

目的 探讨基于临床病例学习(Case Based Learning,CBL)联合微信学习平台的新型教学模式在神经内科临床规培中的应用.方法 选取2023年1月—2024年1月海军军医大学第二附属医院神经内科病房进行住院医师规范化培训的72名学员,按照不同教学模式分为研究组(CBL联合微信学习平台教学模式)与对照组(传统教学模式),各36名.对比两种模式下学员的考核成绩、教学质量及满意度.结果 新型教学模式下,研究组学员的出科考核成绩、临床思维、自主学习和团队协作能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组学员的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 CBL联合微信学习平台教学模式有利于丰富学员的理论知识,提高实践技能,同时显著提升教学质量,提升学员临床规培期间的满意度.
Application of the Model Combining CBL and WeChat Learning Platform in Clinical Teaching of Neurology
Objective Exploring the application of a new teaching model in neurology clinical residency training,based on Case Based Learning(CBL)combined with the WeChat learning platform.Methods A total of 72 students who received standardized resident training in the Department of Neurology of Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and according to different teaching modes di-vided into study group(CBL combined with wechat learning platform teaching mode)and control group(traditional teaching mode),with 36 students in each group.Compare the assessment results,comprehensive ability and satisfac-tion of students under the two modes.Results Under the new teaching mode,the test scores,clinical thinking,inde-pendent learning and teamwork ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching model of combining CBL with WeChat learning platform is beneficial for enriching students'theoretical knowledge,enhancing practical skills,significantly improving the quality of teaching,and increasing the satisfaction of trainees during their clinical resi-dency training.
