Analysis of the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Nurses'Emer-gency Preparedness under the Emergency Deployment Status of Human Resources
Objective To investigate the current status of emergency preparedness of clinical nurses under the condi-tion of emergency human resource allocation and analyze its related influencing factors. Methods A total of 400 in-service clinical nurses in Shanxi Fenyang Hospital from September 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects. The study was conducted by using the general data information collection table and the emergency prepared-ness questionnaire of nurses. The emergency preparedness scores of nurses were ranked from high to low,and the nurses in the top 27%and the bottom 27%were named as the critical points of the high group and low group.108 nurses were included in the high group and low group respectively. The relevant influencing factors were analyzed by single factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results The total emergency preparedness scores of 400 in-service clinical nurses was 127.76±33.55.Regression analysis showed that working life≤5 years, working in common wards, not being a member of the emergency echelon group, not knowing the process of human resources deployment information system, and feeling afraid of responding to incidents were the influencing factors affecting the emergency preparedness of clinical nurses in the state of human resources emergency deployment(all P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency preparedness of clinical nurses in first-class general hospitals in Luliang City is at a moderate level.Nurs-ing human resource managers should formulate corresponding measures based on influencing factors to further im-prove nurses'work emergency preparedness.
