Study on the Application and Optimization Strategies of the Online PBL+Flipped Classroom Teaching Model in Internal Medicine Clinical Practice Teaching
Objective To discusses the practical effect and optimization strategy of applying online Problem-Based Learning(PBL)combined with flipped classroom teaching mode in internal science probation teaching. Methods A to-tal of 100 students from Class 1 of 2020 undergraduate clinical medicine major and Class 1 of 2021 undergraduate clinical medicine major of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects, and Class 1 of 2020 undergraduate clinical medicine major was the control group(n=50),and the traditional clinical teaching mode was implemented.Class 1 of 2021 undergraduate clinical medicine major was the observation group(n=50),and the online PBL+flipped classroom teaching mode was implemented on the basis of the control group.Com-pare the total score and teaching satisfaction of the two groups after the course. Results The results of formative evalu-ation,final evaluation and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 88.00%(44/50),which was higher than 70.00%(35/50)of the control group, which, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=4.822,P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of online PBL combined with flipped classroom has achieved remarkable results in internal science probation teaching, which is conducive to improving students'achieve-ment and teaching satisfaction.
