Methods and Effect Evaluation of Nursing Staff Implementing Perfor-mance Appraisal Management
Objective To analyze the application value of clinical application of performance appraisal management mode in improving the nursing quality of nursing staff.Methods From January to December 2022,a total of 25 in-service nurses in all wards of Wulian County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the time node.Among them,routine management was implemented to intervene from January to June 2022(before implementation),performance appraisal management was implemented from July to December 2022(after implementation).The nursing quality scores(environmental health,document writing,health education,ward management),nursing qualified scores(job responsibilities,ward management,work quality,safety management,hierarchical management),and the incidence of adverse events before and after the implementation were compared.Results The nursing qualified scores after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were 8 cases of adverse events before implementation and 1 case of adverse events after implementation.The nursing quality scores after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical performance appraisal management mode for nursing staff,fewer adverse events occurred,and can improve the hospital medical quality.
