Improving Medical Efficiency:Research on the Optimization Strategy of Antibacterial Drug Management in Public Hospitals
This study analyzed the management status of antibacterial drugs in hospitals,and reduced the intensity and utilization rate of antibacterial drugs by optimizing the management system,formulating scientific medication rules,training clinical application guidelines for antibacterial drugs,strengthening the supervision of prescription re-views,using information-based means to assist management,and strengthening performance appraisal and other man-agement measures.From September 2023 to May 2024,the use intensity of antibiotics in the hospital was 23.99DDDs,which was lower than 25.43DDDs in the same period last year.The utilization rate of antibacterial drugs was 48.05%,which was lower than 50.96%in the same period last year.The clinical application rationality of antibacterial drugs was effectively improved.At the same time,the incidence of nosocomial infection and the infection rate of type Ⅰ inci-sion surgical site did not increase.The hospital has achieved remarkable results in reducing the use intensity and utili-zation rate of antibacterial drugs,and improved the rational use level of antibacterial drugs.
