Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of blood donation work of blood donation house jointly built by hospital stations and mobile blood donation vehicle.Methods Three street mobile blood donation vehicles and Three blood donation houses jointly built by hospital stations in Liuzhou City of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January to December 2023 were selected as study objects,and 30 blood collection department staff responsible for blood collection work were included in the study,and compared the average daily blood collection volume of single point,proportion of fixed blood donors,incidence of adverse reactions of blood donation and satisfaction of the two blood donation modes.Results The average daily blood collection volume of single point and the proportion of fixed blood donors of blood donation house jointly bulit by hospital stations were higher than those of mobile blood donation vehicles,the incidence of adverse reactions of blood donation was lower than that of mobile blood donation vehicles,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of blood collection department staff and blood donors was higher than that of mobile blood donation vehicles,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the voluntary blood donation work in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,the blood donation houses jointly built by hospitals stations show significant advantages in terms of single point daily blood col-lection volume and proportion of fixed blood donors compared to mobile blood donation vehicles.
