Effect of Strengthening Disinfection Quality Management on Ensuring Blood Safety and Quality in Blood Supply Environment of Voluntary Blood Donation
Objective To analyze the application value of strengthening the disinfection quality management of blood supply environment for voluntary blood donation to ensure blood safety and quality.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,20 staff working in the Department of Machine Collection of Weifang Central Blood Station were se-lected as the research objects.According to different management methods,they were divided into two groups.From January to December 2023,the quality management of strengthening disinfection of blood collection and supply envi-ronment was carried out as the intensive group.From January to December 2022,the routine disinfection quality man-agement of blood collection and supply environment was carried out as the control group,both groups were the same syaff.The pollution rate of blood samples,the qualified rate of blood collection and supply environment quality(blood collection and supply ambient air,environmental object surface,blood collection nurse's sanitary hand,blood donor's arm skin,blood storage refrigerator,blood sample transport box)and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pollution rate of blood samples in the intensive group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction and the qualified rate of blood collection and supply ambient air,environmental object surface,blood collection nurse's sanitary hand,blood donor's arm skin,blood storage refrigerator,blood sample transport box in the intensive group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the disin-fection quality management of blood supply environment for voluntary blood donation has positive application value for ensuring blood safety and quality.
