Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Management on the Nursing Quality of Pediatric Nursing Staff
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing management in the management of pediatric nursing staff.Methods From January to December 2023,42 nursing staff in the Department of Pediatrics of Juye County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different management methods,they were divided into two groups.From January to June 2023,the routine pediatric nursing management mode in the hos-pital was adopted as the control group.From July to December 2023,the optimization of comprehensive nursing man-agement was carried out as the observation group.The two groups were the same nursing staff.The scores of profes-sional ability(theoretical knowledge and practical operation),job burnout and occupational benefit,and work quality were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical operation,quality of work and occupational benefit in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the job burnout score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing management can improve the management quality of pediatric nursing staff,reduce job burnout and improve the sense of professional benefit.
