Objective To explore the application effect of intervention mode based on modern management in hand hygiene management of hospital infection.Methods Fifty-six outpatient doctors from Weicheng District People's Hos-pital of Weifang from August 2021 to July 2023 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into control group(n=56,from August 2021 to July 2022)and observation group(n=56,from August 2022 to July 2023)according to dif-ferent management methods.The two groups were the same group of doctors.The control group was managed by con-ventional methods,and the observation group combined with the intervention mode based on modern management.The quality of hospital infection hand hygiene management,professional knowledge levels and management satisfac-tion were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of management quality,theoretical assessment,practi-cal operation skills,disinfection and isolation and reported management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of professional knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management method,management effect,doctor-patient relationship,hand hygiene awareness improvement and assessment method satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention mode based on modern management can improve the management quality,improve the professional knowledge level of doctors,and obtain higher management satisfaction.
