Objective To analyze the influence of hierarchical management+fine management on the qualified rate of disinfection and nursing management quality of digestive endoscopy room. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,11 nurses in the Endoscopy Center of Ulanqab Central Hospital were selected as the research objects and di-vided into two groups according to different management methods. From January to December 2022,11 nurses ad-opted the routine nursing management mode and randomly selected 30 gastroscopes and 30 colonoscopies, and set the group as the routine group. From January to December 2023,11 nurses adopted the model of hierarchical management combined with refined management and randomly selected 30 gastroscopes and 30 colonoscopies, and set the group as the management group. The two groups were the same group of nurses. The qualified rate of disinfection and the qual-ity of nursing management were compared between the two groups. Results The total qualified rate of disinfection of gastroscope cavity and enteroscope cavity in the management group was 98.33%(59/60),which was higher than 81.67%(49/60)in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.976,P<0.05).The scores of nursing management quality items in the management group were higher than those in the routine group, and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management combined with fine man-agement mode in the digestive endoscopy room can improve the disinfection qualified rate and nursing management quality of all kinds of digestive endoscopy.
