Value of Prospective Risk Management in Orthopaedics
Objective To analyze the application value of prospective risk management in orthopedics.Methods From January to December 2023,15 medical staff in the Department of Orthopedics of Yicheng District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different management methods,the rou-tine management was implemented from January to June 2023 as the routine group,and the prospective risk manage-ment was implemented on the basis of routine management from July to December 2023 as the study group.The two groups were the same group of medical staff.The risk awareness levels(understanding level,cognitive level,attitude to face,coping ability),risk management knowledge scores(risk identification,risk investigation,risk treatment)and complaints of the two groups were compared.Results The understanding level score was 90.16±3.27,the cognitive level score was 94.60±3.74,the face attitude score was 92.50±4.28,and the coping ability score was 93.26±5.32 of the study groups,which were higher than 82.39±3.52,85.47±4.62,83.46±4.17,84.23±5.42 of the routine groups,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.015,7.830,7.251,7.649,all P<0.05).The scores of risk management knowledge of study group were higher than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were 5 complaints in the routine group,and no complaints in the study group.Conclusion The implementation of prospective risk management in orthopedics has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the risk awareness of medical staff and their mastery of risk management knowledge,and can reduce the occurrence of complaints.
