In order to improve the management level of multi-hospital areas in public hospitals and innovate the man-agement mode of multi-hospital areas,this paper focus on the management of multi-hospital areas in public hospitals as the center.This paper interprets the connotation of multi-hospital area management,and through the extraction of theory and literature,analyes the pressure faced by multi-hospital area management in hospitals,explores the optimi-zation path of management mode at the same time,and the practial effect in actual management,in order to provide reference for future work.
