摘要
目的 分析护士分层级管理措施对提升护理人员整体护理管理质量方面的效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月于赤峰市第二医院工作的20名护理人员为研究对象,2022年1-12月进行常规护理管理,为对照组;2023年1-12月进行护士分层级管理,为观察组.比较两组护理工作质量评分(病房管理、基础护理、健康教育、应急处理、感染防护、专科护理、护理文书)、考核评分(操作能力、理论知识)、满意度评分、护理人员职业倦怠评分(个人成就感、去人格化、情绪耗竭)、核心工作能力评分(领导力、人际关系、护理临床、专业发展、教育咨询、评判性思维、法律伦理实践).结果 观察组各项护理工作质量、考核、核心工作能力、满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组各项护理人员职业倦怠情况评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 护士分层级管理可以提高临床护理管理质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of nurse hierarchical management measures on improving the overall nurs-ing management quality of nursing staff.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,20 nursing staff working in the Chifeng Second Hospital were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2022,routine nursing management was carried out as the control group.From January to December 2023,the nurse hierarchical manage-ment was carried out as the observation group.The nursing work quality scores(ward management,basic nursing,health education,emergency treatment,infection protection,specialist nursing,nursing documents),assessment scores(operation ability,theoretical knowledge),satisfaction scores,nursing staff job burnout scores(personal accomplish-ment,depersonalization,emotional exhaustion),core work ability scores(leadership,interpersonal relationship,nurs-ing clinical,professional development,educational counseling,critical thinking,legal and ethical practice)were com-pared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing quality,assessment,core work ability and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of job burnout of nursing staff in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical management of nurses can im-prove the quality of clinical nursing management.
