Evaluation of the Effect of PDCA Cycle Management Method in the Man-agement of Dermatology Department
Objective To evaluate the application effect of PDCA cycle management method in dermatology manage-ment.Methods A total of 20 nursing staff working in the Department of Dermatology of Beida Medical Luzhong Hospi-tal were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different time,and the tradi-tional management mode was implemented from January to August 2023,which was set as the traditional group.From September 2023 to April 2024,the implementation of PDCA cycle management method was set as the inquiry group.The scores of assessment results,management quality and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The assessment results,management quality scores and management satisfaction of the inquiry group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The man-agement satisfaction of the inquiry group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 70.00%(14/20)of the tradi-tional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.902,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management method in dermatology management can improve the assessment results,management quality and satisfaction of nursing staff.
