目的 探讨在感染科护理人员管理中实施强化规范性安全流程护理管理的作用.方法 选取巨野县人民医院的30名护理人员为研究对象,根据不同的时间段,2022年4-9月实施常规管理,设为对照组;2022年10月—2023年3月实施强化规范性安全流程护理管理,设为研究组.两组均为同一批护理人员.比较两组职业生命质量问卷(Quality of Work Life 7-32,QWL7-32)评分、管理质量评分及护理人员对管理模式的满意度.结果 研究组各项QWL7-32评分、管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组满意度为100.00%(30/30),高于对照组的86.67%(26/30),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.285,P<0.05).结论 在感染科护理人员管理中,通过实施强化规范性安全流程护理管理,能够提高护理人员知识掌握度,提升职业生命质量,提高护理人员满意度.
Strengthen the Application of Standardized Safety Process Nursing Man-agement in the Management of Nursing Staff in the Department of Infec-tion
Objective To explore the role of strengthening standardized safety process nursing management in the management of nursing staff in the department of infection.Methods A total of 30 nursing staff in Juye County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different time periods,routine management was implemented from April to September 2022,and they were set as the control group.From October 2022 to March 2023,the standardized safety process nursing management was implemented and set as the study group.Both groups were the same group of nursing staff.The scores of Quality of Work Life 7-32(QWL7-32),management quality scores and nursing staff's satisfaction with management mode were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of QWL7-32 and management quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%(30/30),which was higher than 86.67%(26/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.285,P<0.05).Conclu-sion In the management of nursing staff in the infection department,the implementation of standardized safety process nursing management can improve the knowledge mastery of nursing staff,improve the quality of professional life,im-prove the satisfaction of nursing staff.
