Research on the Application of Refined Management Mode in the Manage-ment of Anesthesiology Department
Objective To analyze the application value of refined management mode in the management of anesthesi-ology department.Methods A total of 15 medical staff in the Department of Anesthesiology of Yicheng District Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zaozhuang City were selected as the research objects.According to the time pe-riod,they were divided into pre-implementation(from January to June 2023,routine management mode)and post-implementation(from July to December 2023,refined management mode).The assessment scores,management effect scores and management mode satisfaction of medical staff in anesthesiology department before and after the implemen-tation of refined management mode were compared.Results After the implementation of the refined management mode,the assessment score,management effect score of the medical staff in the anesthesiology department were higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the implementation of the refined management mode,the satisfaction rate of the management mode of the medical staff in the anesthesiology department was 100.00%(15/15),which was higher than 80.00%(12/15)before the implementa-tion,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined management mode in the management of anesthesiology department has improved the assessment score of medical staff.The man-agement effect is better than that of routine management,and the satisfaction of medical staff is higher.
