Effect Analysis of the Application of Detail Management in Pediatric Nurs-ing Management
Objective To analyze the effect of detail management in pediatric nursing management.Methods Twenty-eight nurses working in the Department of Pediatrics of Zibo Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and grouped according to the implementation time of the management model.From January to December 2022,the routine management will be implemented as the conven-tional group;From January to December 2023,detail management will be implemented as a study group.Nursing qual-ity score,nursing ability score,satisfaction with management mode and adverse events in nursing process were com-pared between the two stages.Results The nursing quality scores,nursing ability scores,the satisfaction scores of the management mode of the study group were higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse nursing events in the study group was less than that of the con-ventional group.Conclusion The application of detail management in pediatric nursing management can effectively enhance the professional ability of nursing staff,improve the quality of nursing,meet the needs of nursing staff for the management mode,and reduce the incidence of adverse events during the nursing period.
