Effect of Target Management on Nursing Staff in Anorectal Department and the Satisfaction of Patients
Objective To analyze the effect of objective management on nursing staff management and patient satisfac-tion in anorectal department.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,24 nursing staff working in the anorec-tal department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University were selected as the research ob-jects.According to different management methods,they were divided into two groups,12 cases in each group.The con-trol group was treated with routine management,and the observation group was treated with target management.The self-concept level,management effect,management quality and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The self-concept scores of nurses in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of nursing staff in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of management quality in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than 73.81%(31/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.372,P<0.05).Conclusion Objective management can effectively improve the self-management level of anorectal nursing staff,promote their effi-cient completion of various tasks,ensure the quality of nursing and improve patient satisfaction.
