目标管理对肛肠科护理人员的管理效果及患者满意度分析

目的 分析目标管理对肛肠科护理人员管理效果及患者满意度的影响.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月于山东第一医科大学第一附属医院肛肠科工作的24名护理人员为研究对象,依据不同的管理方法分为两组,各12名.对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用目标管理,比较两组护理人员的自我概念水平、管理效果、管理质量及患者满意度.结果 观察组护理人员各项自我概念评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组护理人员各项管理效果评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组护理人员各项管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组患者满意度为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的73.81%(31/42),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.372,P<0.05).结论 采用目标管理可有效提高肛肠科护理人员的自我管理水平,促使其高效完成各项工作,保障护理质量,提高患者满意度.
Effect of Target Management on Nursing Staff in Anorectal Department and the Satisfaction of Patients
Objective To analyze the effect of objective management on nursing staff management and patient satisfac-tion in anorectal department.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,24 nursing staff working in the anorec-tal department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University were selected as the research ob-jects.According to different management methods,they were divided into two groups,12 cases in each group.The con-trol group was treated with routine management,and the observation group was treated with target management.The self-concept level,management effect,management quality and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The self-concept scores of nurses in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of nursing staff in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of management quality in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than 73.81%(31/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.372,P<0.05).Conclusion Objective management can effectively improve the self-management level of anorectal nursing staff,promote their effi-cient completion of various tasks,ensure the quality of nursing and improve patient satisfaction.
