Based on the construction of"smart facilities"in a public tertiary eye hospital in Shanghai,this paper counts the use effect and satisfaction of residents and patients on the artificial intelligence eye health screening equip-ment developed by the hospital from the perspective of community residents and patients,and analyzes in detail the practical value of the construction of"smart facilities"in public hospitals,especially public specialized hospitals.The purpose of this paper is to improve the patient's medical experience by exploring and analyzing the patient's use of the hospital's"smart facilities"construction and patient satisfaction.
