在医院人力资源管理工作过程中,信息化建设具有重要意义.但在当前阶段的人力资源管理工作中,所采取的管理方式相对传统,无法体现出信息化管理的优势.因此,医院需要全面加强信息化建设,有效树立人力资源信息化管理理念,提供资金、技术等方面的支持,实现人力资源管理和信息技术的融合,培养优秀的信息化管理人才,从而加快信息化建设步伐,提高医院人力资源管理水平.本文针对医院人力资源管理的信息化建设展开分析,探讨了信息化建设的重要意义,并提出具体的实践途径,以期为相关研究人员提供参考.
In the process of hospital human resource management,information construction is of great significance.However,in the current stage of human resource management,the management methods adopted are relatively tradi-tional and cannot reflect the advantages of information management.Therefore,it is necessary for hospitals to compre-hensively strengthen information construction,effectively establish the concept of human resource information manage-ment,provide financial and technical support,realize the integration of human resource management and information technology,and cultivate excellent information management talents,so as to accelerate the pace of information con-struction and improve the level of human resource management in hospitals.This paper analyzes the information con-struction of hospital human resource management,discusses the significance of information construction,and puts for-ward specific practical ways,in order to provide reference for relevant researchers.
